Great Juicing Recipes For Energy, Health, and Beauty!
Why Is Drinking Freshly Made Juice Important?
Juicing may seem like a lot of work and too much hassle to bother for most busy people. There are plenty of things to do during the day that are more pressing and seem more important - at least at that time.
However, if we are honest with ourselves, what can be more important than taking care of our bodies by providing them with optimal nutrition? Shouldn't our health be a priority for everyone? After all, if we get seriously ill, we will not be able to perform all these tasks - that seem so urgent at the moment. It's unfortunate, but most of us start seriously think about health AFTER we get sick.
However, there is no reason to wait till it's too late. Learn some wonderful recipes and start juicing today and experience some wonderful benefits of juicing!
9 Juicing Tips For Beginners
1 - Buy organically grown produce, whenever available (especially apples, carrots, celery, kale, and grapes)
2 - Wash thoroughly, even if it's organic. Another option is to peel non-organic produce to reduce pesticide exposure.
3 - Always have some carrots, celery and apples available. Beets, cabbage and other hard vegetables are great too, as they last a long time and don't spoil easily.
4 - Wrap greens around carrots, celery or cucumber to feed it through.
5 - Drink while juice is still fresh, to receive the most enzymes and nutrients.
6 - Refrigerate the leftovers and consume as soon as possible. You can also freeze your juice, if you want to store it for a longer time, and/or make it into popsicles.
7 - Use the pulp in cooking, baking or composting to reduce wasting produce and saving money. Especially when buying organic produce - which may be a bit more expensive - use pulp in muffins, vegan burgers, sauces, soups and salads.
8 - Be bold and experiment with various ingredients and colors.
9 - Be patient. What use to take 1 hour will be cut in 1/2! You can do it too!

Beets are fantastic ingredient for making fresh juice. Beetroot juice is very potent, and it's recommended that when you drink the raw juice mix it with other milder juices such as apple, carrot, cucumber, or celery.
Drinking the fresh juice of a beet or two each day is a great preventative health measure, and it may help reverse many problems. Beets are hard vegetables, and will juice easily in all types of juicers.
